Licensed Security Officers

ORNA's security division provides full time or part time permanent security officers to clients in diversified industries such as gated residential neighborhoods, condominiums, office buildings, hotels, sports complexes, hospitals, nursing home and assisted living facilities, medical and educational facilities. We provide customized security procedures to meet you needs. We offer written policies and procedures specific to your property after conducting a security evaluation by our expert staff including constant recommendations for improvement during the course of our contract. Selection of our staff is critical and carefully done. Each applicant is carefully screened and interviewed by two employees and a background and previous employment reference check is ordered and reviewed. ORNA is committed to providing high quality personnel at your work places and residences. Clients deserve professionalism, initiative, and customer service of the highest quality.

Method
Our uniformed and state licensed security personnel are trained to act as criminal deterrents. However, our officers are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees. Letting the public know that we are there for them generates a feeling of community and safety.

Patrol
Careful placement of the right security officers is the big ORNA difference. Trained to make visible foot patrols throughout their posts in undetermined patterns, we encourage our personnel to interact with your patrons and employees in addition to standing a fixed post. Also available are Car, Bike and Golf Cart Patrol.

Uniforms
ORNA security officers are outfitted with police-type uniforms. We require that our personnel keep their uniforms pressed and clean at all times. A variety of uniform styles are available, including standard long sleeve shirts and other upscale styles, including blazers and ties. We pride ourselves on the appearance of our personnel, as they are representing our agency…and your facility.

Supervision
ORNA’s supervisory personnel are charged with scheduling, assigning security posts, and acting as liaison between the Board of Directors and our client. Supervisory personnel are available to you 24 hours every day in order to maintain quality assurance and customer service on behalf of ORNA. Live dispatchers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
